Preporation

We are at the point where we will be filming in the next few days so to prepare for this, me and director (Kyle) have created a shotlist, the shotlist can be found in our production file or just below.

Lack of attention, not learning lines.

Ensure they are at the set or location before production team arrives.

Gas
Fire, explosion.
Ensure safety checks are carried out, make sure gas is turned off when not in use

Fire, fuse blowing, electric shock.
Only adequately trained crew is to rig, de-rig and operate equipment.

Inexperienced actors or children
Bad acting, not being able to portray a message or meaning to the viewer.
Give them tips, and useful advice to help them.

If dropped can cause serious injury.
Make sure actor is able to pick up/hold heavy equipment.

Danger of lights dazzling cast or crew
Hazard from members of the public/ vehicles not under the control of the Production.

Emergency services not knowing if crew/cast are not accounted for.

Ensure checks are carried out.

Hazard to crew members and actors.
All cables to be adequately safeguarded as they are laid and trailed as little as possible.

Crew/Cast harming themselves/ falling ill.
Ensure first Aid kit is on location at all times. Find out nearest hospital location.

Food Hygiene
If food is provided as a prop, must be able to vouch for its hygiene.
Control where it is made/ or where it is purchased.
